• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to nursing staff
3. Personal Care Aide (PCA)
• Assists with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Provides companionship and emotional support
4. Companion Caregiver
• Provides companionship and social interaction
• Assists with non-medical tasks and activities
5. Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
• Promotes the agency’s services
• Develops relationships with referral sources and community organizations
